What we offer
Providing force free, science based, fun dog training in Brisbane. Whether you are getting a puppy, have recently rescued or adopted a dog or your dog has been with you for a while and you need a little extra guidance, I can help! I aim to help you and your dog have the best relationship possible.
1-on-1 Training Sessions
1h: $230 or 3x1h for $570

During each session we will look at the skills you would like to teach your dog and tailor the sessions to suit. The sessions can be at your home or at a variety of locations depending on the issue. One on One sessions are great for looking at skills such as recall, loose lead walking, jumping up, reactivity and much more. I also offer a package of sessions at a discounted price to the normal One on One Price. One on One sessions are for everyone – whether you’re totally new to dog training, want to learn a few extra skills or just want your dog to expand on behaviours they already know.

Puppy Pre-School Classes
5 Weeks: $230

These classes are for dogs up to 16 weeks of age. We cover basic skills, socialisation, body language, how dogs learn and much more. This is a great way to give your puppies the best start to life possible. They are held at an indoor venue (location TBA, likely to be around Deception Bay / North Lakes) over a period of 5 weeks. Puppies can come after their first vaccination.

Life Skills Program
6 Week Course: $270

This program is for dogs over 16 weeks old. During the course we will look at taking basic behaviours to the next level, body language and how your dogs learn. The program has a strong focus on loose lead walking, recall, focusing on you and settling around distractions. The aim of this course is to help your dogs learn how to cope in the ‘real world’. This course runs for 6 weeks in a class setting.

ASSISTANCE DOG TRAINING

I have recently decided to offer online consultation services. With everything that has happened over the last 18 months it has highlighted how important it is for us to have a back-up plan if we are unable to leave the house and meet in person for sessions. This service is currently available for One on One sessions and Behaviour Consultations. I am able to conduct this service via Zoom, Teams, Skype, Whatsapp or Messenger. This is great for anyone who is immunocompromised or if you are outside of my training area. It is also great for dogs that perhaps struggle with new people coming into the home or don’t cope very well in new places.

Our assistance dog training focuses on developing practical skills, appropriate behaviour and calm, confident responses in everyday situations. Training is tailored to the individual needs of the handler and dog, with an emphasis on building a strong partnership and supporting greater independence.
Whether you’re beginning the assistance dog journey or looking to develop and refine existing skills, we provide guidance and support along the way.

Good Dog Level 1 Training
Online Course: $170

This is a great option for those who are unable to get to class due to illness or injury, those in remote locations who can’t access training classes or those whose dogs don’t cope well with classes. This is an online, 6 week course and means you and your dog won’t miss out on training! You will both learn many basic behaviours during the course and how to build on them including how to relax, come when called, loose lead walking, leave items and much more. You can take as much or as little time as you like to work through the course so take it at your own pace. You have the course for life so it works out great value as you can use it for multiple dogs for years to come!
I am able to offer follow up sessions as required and will be on hand to support you.
